What does the programme involve?

• Educational seminars based on the foundation of health principles with topics such as nutrition, exercise and stress highlighting the importance of optimal health to encourage employees to take responsibility of their own behaviour change
• Weekly exercise coaching sessions over a set period or ongoing depending upon your requirements
• Lifestyle assessment and metabolic typing test
• Programme manual and DVD containing all mobilizations, stretches and exercises for each employee on the course.

Where does the programme take place?
