With pancake day not long passed I am sure everyone has given something up for lent, and in my experience of working with numerous clients it is usually something health related. My question to you now is.......how many of you have given in to temptation already?
If you have, don't feel bad the reason you did not succeed is due to your behavioral programming, in other words due to habits.
