Dear All,
As you may or may not know I am running the London Marathon in April this year for a great charity called After Adoption who help relocate children and find families for those less fortunate as well as performing loads more valuable services for under privileged children see their website for more details http://www.afteradoption.org.uk/
I have to raise a minimum of £2000 and would really appreciate your help to achieve my target. If you are able to donate whatever you can it will go along way to help raise as much money as possible for After Adoption. I am hoping to complete the run in the region of 3 1/2 to 4 hours (would have liked to do it quicker but I havent had much time to train as I only recently found out I was accepted ;-)
